Hayne, Cummins to ref Origin III decider

Shayne Hayne and Ben Cummins will take charge of next week's State of Origin decider between NSW and Queensland at ANZ Stadium embroidery badges.

Hayne has kept his spot having officiated the opening two matches of the series, with Ashley Klein dumped by referees chief Daniel Anderson in favour of Cummins who'll blow the whistle for the fifth time in Origin.

Grant Atkins and Steve Carrall have been appointed touch judges and Bernard Sutton and Henry Perenara will sit in the video box wine school.

"It's a significant achievement to be appointed to a game of this calibre," Anderson said.

"Shayne, Ben and the team of officials have earned their appointments through the strength of their performances over the past few weeks Asian college of knowledge management."
